How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier you order the better! To ensure that you receive your specific date request, we suggest at least 3-4 weeks notice.

How can I place a custom order?

To place a custom order, please fill out a custom order request form found here!

​Do you make sheet/slab cakes?

Unfortunately, Julie's Sweet Petites is not currently taking orders for sheet/slab cakes.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we are able to deliver to select cities across the GTHA at an additional fee. If you are placing an order online, you will have the option for local delivery available based on your postal code.

If you email us about a custom order, please provide us with the event location and we will be happy to include the delivery fee in your quote!

​Please note that if the delivery option is unavailable, you may pick up your order at no additional cost.

Do you offer Gluten Free, Peanut Free or Vegan Options?

Unfortunately Julie's Sweet Petites is not allergen free environment. We cannot guarantee that the sweets ordered are nut free, gluten free or vegan. 

Can I send you pictures of the cakes I like and you recreate it?

Although we love seeing your ideas for cakes and sweet options, we do not replicate any sweet treat. We always suggest that you share photos found online with us for inspiration of what you like and we will put our JSP spin on it! 

Do you offer cake toppers?

Yes, Julie's Sweet Petites offers hand made cake picks!

Please allow at least one week processing time for all design options. As for character figurines or custom figure modelling, Julie's Sweet Petites is not currently offering this to their customers.

Is a deposit required for my wedding cake order?

All orders under $300 require full payment in order to book. This includes a 50% non-refundable deposit if you chose to cancel your order.

If your order is over $300, you have the option to pay your 50% deposit up front and the remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the scheduled date.
